Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Cloudflare account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number at our processing center, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
